I really like her design. She looks really pretty and the yellow works very well! Your style is really pretty and looks like art for a VOCALOID, if this was to come up AS a fake VOCALOID I would buy it so quickly. The shadings is nice, but her skin looks slightly shiny... While I'm nit-picking, there isn't much texture to her clothes but makes it look very solid.

Due to her dress's shap, however, it is hard to see where her hips meet properly. The contrast of the yellow and the orange look nice, but somehow lacking.

Anyway, I really like it! ^_^ Nice job!
